Cut from native-breed cattle raised on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, each joint is naturally matured to enhance tenderness and depth of taste.
Best roasted slowly until blushing in the middle, then carved thinly and served with seasonal vegetables and gravy. Perfect for Christmas gatherings - honest, high-welfare beef, raised with care for land and livestock alike.

Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
