Sourced from pigs raised outdoors on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, this cut reflects the quality of truly organic, high-welfare farming.
Expertly rolled and tied for even cooking, it roasts perfectly — juicy in the middle and beautifully caramelised on the outside.
Ideal for Christmas lunch or Sunday gatherings, served with roasted apples, sage and plenty of gravy. A true farmhouse favourite, rich in natural flavour.
