This cut features lean, tender muscles from the leg of slow grown, outdoor reared organic pork - expertly rolled for even cooking and easy carving, ideal for an extravagant roast!


When cooked it develops a wonderfully crispy crackling, adding a satisfying crunch to each slice. For optimal results, we suggest roasting with a cider stock to maintain moisture and enhance the pork's natural flavours.
