A beautiful centrepiece for the festive table, our organic pork loin rack is rich, succulent and full of flavour, with a generous layer of crackling that crisps beautifully when roasted.
Raised outdoors and on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our organic pigs are reared to high welfare standards, producing pork with excellent flavour and texture. The loin is carefully prepared on the bone, helping to keep the meat beautifully juicy as it roasts.
Perfect for Christmas Day and special gatherings. Roast slowly until tender, finishing with a hot blast to create crisp, golden crackling. Serve with apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes and plenty of rich gravy.
