Our organic porchetta joint is a feast in itself — tender, aromatic and bursting with flavour.
Made from organic pork belly and loin, rolled together with garlic, fennel, herbs and sea salt, it’s a celebration of Italian tradition crafted with Haye Farm care.
Raised outdoors on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our pigs live freely, producing richly marbled meat with natural sweetness.
Roast slowly until the crackling turns perfectly crisp and the meat melts in the mouth. A stunning centrepiece for Christmas or any festive gathering.

95% pork (UK), seasoning: salt*, garlic powder, black pepper, dried apple, dried apricot, fennel seeds, olive oil.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
Fresh produce is suitable for freezing.
Frozen produce may partially or fully defrost in transit. Cook once thawed. Not suitable for refreezing.
