Raised outdoors on pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our pigs live freely and forage naturally, producing meat with depth and character.
Rolled and tied for even cooking, this joint turns meltingly soft while developing golden, crisp crackling. Roast slowly with herbs and cider for a comforting centrepiece, or pull apart for generous hearty sandwiches and winter suppers.

Storage
