Rolled shoulder of slow grown, outdoor reared organic pork is the butcher’s first choice due to all the different muscles that make up complex flavour.  


Artfully rolled with all the bones removed, it is extremely tender and hassle free when roasted low and slow for a number of hours for pulled pork. Or cook quickly for rich, sweet crackling.
