We carefully dry cure a whole leg of slow grown, outdoor reared organic Haye Farm pork to create our tasty Gammon Joints. 


This traditional process results in a versatile joint that can be roasted or boiled then glazed whole to make a fabulous boxing day ham. 


  • Available in 1kg, 2kg & 3kg options
  • Minimum shelf life on arrival: 7 day
  • With curing salt and sugar
