Raised on rich pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms in Devon, our lambs graze naturally as part of a regenerative farming system that restores soil and supports biodiversity.
Cook low and slow until the meat falls from the bone and the fat turns crisp and golden. Ideal for relaxed Christmas lunches or winter gatherings, served with roasted roots, herbs and seasonal greens.

Storage
Our festive collection will arrive with a use by date of at least 26.12.25.
