Raised on rich Devon pasture at Haye Farm and our partner farms, our lambs graze naturally as part of a regenerative system that nurtures soil health and biodiversity.
The bone-in joint roasts beautifully, staying succulent while developing a golden crust and rich aroma. Serve with rosemary, garlic and seasonal vegetables for a true taste of the festive season. Delicious hot from the oven or cold the next day in sandwiches and salads.
