KAMPOT FERMENTED GREEN PEPPER CRACKERS
A cracker produced from ancient wheats - grown, harvested and stone milled by Fresh Flour in South Devon. Then made into a sourdough mix with honey, olive oil, Cornish sea salt and rare Kampot Fermented pepper added. Forming a light sourdough cracker reflecting hints of sea salt, gentle heat and subtle floral notes and spice.
