ORGANIC WHOLE SHOULDER OF LAMB
Our organic whole shoulder of lamb is rich, tender and beautifully flavoured — a classic cut perfect for slow roasting and relaxed family meals.
Raised on pasture at Haye Farm in Devon and our trusted partner farms, our lambs graze naturally outdoors on organic grass pasture, producing high-welfare organic lamb with exceptional flavour and tenderness.
Carefully prepared by our butchers, this organic lamb shoulder is a traditional slow-cooking cut that becomes meltingly tender when roasted low and slow. The gentle marbling and natural fat keep the meat juicy while developing deep, savoury flavour.
Roast slowly with garlic, rosemary and lemon until the meat falls effortlessly from the bone. Delicious served with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and rich lamb gravy, with leftovers perfect for hearty sandwiches, shepherd’s pie or slow-cooked lamb dishes.

Our sheep graze exclusively on organic pasture as part of the farm’s rotational grazing philosophy. They are also 100% grass fed, a combination of this and their breed means that they grow slower than your average sheep. This produces a high-quality lamb with exceptional texture and flavour.

Haye Farm is farmed to strict Organic Farmers & Growers (OF&G) standards. We use a local, small-scale abattoir and the meat is butchered on-site in our SALSA approved facility.

Here at Haye Farm, our aim is to make a positive difference to the land. We see ourselves as custodians of this corner of East Devon, and so we farm in a way that increases biodiversity, nurtures the ecosystem that we’re part of and provides for future generations.
